Can I use my custom domain?

Only for our Nextcloud Dedicated server installation. For our shared Nextcloud Hosting plans that is not possible.

Where are your servers located ?

Our servers are European based, located in Finland.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime in your cloud account. Once the subscription is cancelled, you will not be charged next month. You will continue to have access to your Nextcloud account until your current subscription expires. Access to our cloud account is always possible so you can restart a subscription later.

Can I request refund?

Unfortunately, not. We do not issue full or partial refunds. All our plans have a 14-day trial so you can test them before being charged, even the yearly plans.

Do I need to install additional software ?

To use the Nextcloud Files, you can access with the web browser but you can also install desktop and mobile versions for a better user experience.

Is there any bandwith limitations ?

No. All our shared Nextcloud Hosting plans have no monthly bandwith limit. You can upload and download at your leisure.

Our dedicated server also doesn't have any monthly bandwith limits.

Is my data secure ?

Your data is stored on a multiple hard drive failure resistent RAID storage, so your data is safe with us.

However Nextcloud is not a backup solution and you should take steps to make sure that you have proper data backups.
